Starting Up

Hi :-)

I hate all kinds of discrimination and manipulation. What a way to start!! I am in HR and have seen too many tears when handing findings at disciplinary hearings.

I have aslo seen too many people coming into that space unprepared and unfamiliar with the procedures. I want to change all of that.

I am finishing my law degree and am starting up a small legal advisory service (www.disciplinary.co.za) to assist ANYONE and EVERYONE to be prepared for this life changing experience.

All questions and comments are welcome :-) and ofcourse, tell everyone you know about this new service.
